Delivery Information
At BYLEVANE, our big sale has created overwhelming demand. We are working hard to process all orders as quickly as possible so everyone can enjoy our special discounts.
Because of this busy period, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can easily follow the progress of your package.
Estimated Delivery Time:
For deliveries within the United States, the estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days during the sale period.
Track Your Order:
Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched. This allows you to follow your package in real time and anticipate the delivery date.

RETURN POLICY
If you received the wrong or defective items, please email us to discuss this further.
Here's how to easily return your order in three steps:
1. Request return information via the email below. Provide your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.
2. Fill in the return form we provide and include it with your package.
3. Return your order to the address provided.
4. Receive the purchase amount in your bank account. Once we receive and inspect the package, we'll ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition. For hygiene reasons, hygiene products, such as lingerie and bikinis, cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
We work with an international supplier, so your order may need to be sent to multiple return addresses depending on the product and its origin. Therefore, always check the return instructions in your confirmation email.
Returns Policy and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
- Please ensure all return packages are sent using a trackable and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.
- Please ensure the return form is approved – without approval your return may not be processed.
- If the package could not be delivered because no one was home, we can resend it for $7. If you chose Insured Shipping, resending is free of charge.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled. Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can only do so through our returns process within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our returns policy.
